Covers browned and a little grubby with erased pencil marks to rear cover. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Endpapers browned, foxing to contents. Large tear to one page has been neatly repaired.

First story is Micky O'Connell and the Man in the Moon by Harrison. Spine bumped with small splits to top if spine and larger splits to base of spine, onlay foxed. Wear to corners. A few marks to covers, edges of onlay on front are browned/foxed. Front joint is broken next to half-title page. First three gatherings pulled so feel loose but are still firmly attached. Many hinges cracked. Ink inscription, dated 1926, and name and address to front endpapers. Name and address in child's writing to verso of frontis. A few marks and fingermarks to contents. All colour pages present. Some foxing.
