Some grubby marks and foxspots.

Some bumping and wear to spine and corners. Damp marking to bottom corner of front cover; shows through to pastedown. Inscription in ink, dated 1880 to front endpaper. Foxing and browning to outer page edges. Contents are generally still very good.

Brown cloth with gilt titles; some decorations to covers; top edge gilt. 68 colour plates over the 3 titles included in this book: Oliver Twist by Dickens; The Miser's Daughter by Ainsworth and History of the Irish Rebellion in 1798 and Emmett's Insurrection in 1803 by Maxwell. Covers are badly damp stained; a little to some page margins. Some grubby margin marks. All plates present. Pages 311-314 are edge-browned with some chipping to margins with a little loss. Light foxing. Contents are generally very good.
