Large format. B/w photos. 248 pages. Light rubbing to board corners. Light browning to text block and page margins. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn and torn with some loss, grubby and marked to rear panel.
Green cloth, gilt title and decoration to front cover. Lovely chromolithograph and b/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and slightly worn. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Light page browning, foxing to front endpapers. Some hinges are cracked causing contents to be a little loose.
Black boards, gilt title to spine. Edited by Hoole & Hinchliffe. Colour frontis, b/w photos. Volume One is first edition 1972, Volume 2 is first edition 1980. Volume One dustwrapper is slightly faded to spine. Volume 2 dustwrapper is price-cut and lightly scuffed.
Green decorated cloth, gilt titles to spines, black titles to front covers. Special Edition, prepared for subscription. With coloured plates and numerous other illustrations. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Some grubby marks to outer page edges and some margins. Foxing and page browning.

Green cloth spine with dark titles and vignette. Front cover shows three children in a canoe. First story Tom's Pigs by Marjorie Seymour. Illustrated endpapers by Anne Anderson. Colour plates, colour and b/w illustrations. 200 pages. Spine and corners worn. Small tear in cloth at base of spine. Edges of boards exposed on rear cover where pictorial onlay has worn away. Endpapers browned. Minor worm damage to top corner of frontis. Clear tape repair to gutter of pages 154 and 155 where pages have pulled from stitching. Binding sound. Occasional foxspots but contents generally clean.
Blue cloth with gilt borders to front and title to spine. Published between 1999 - 2001. A few small knocks to a few bases of spines. Contents are fine!! Slip cases are very good - varying degrees of marks to a few, a little bumping at corners.
