Green cloth spine with dark titles and vignette. Front cover shows three children in a canoe. First story Tom's Pigs by Marjorie Seymour. Illustrated endpapers by Anne Anderson. Colour plates, colour and b/w illustrations. 200 pages. Spine and corners bumped and worn, cover edges rubbed. Slight scuffing to front cover, rear cover slightly grubby. Light foxing to textblock and some page margins.

Else contents clean. Price-cut yellow pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn with a few small tears and slight loss, grubby and browned to front vertical edge.

Front cover shows two babies playing with building bricks and an orange ball. 12 full-page colour illustrations with a short sentence of text below. 7 full pages of easy to read text. Spine and corners are worn, covers edge rubbed. Rear cover is slightly grubby. The binding has been repaired and the pages are now quite 'stiff' to open. There is paper damage to the margins of the last two pages (an illustration and text) but the illustration is not affected.

Blue cloth spine. 12 colour illustrations with text below plus full pages of text. Text in green. Undated. Front board lightly rubbed at edges, rear board grubby and rubbed at corners. Spine a little browned and slightly worn at top & tail. A few grubby marks to contents but generally a nice example.

Name and date in ink to front free-endpaper. One of the plates is loose with ragged edges. Grubby fingermarks to page margins and some foxing to contents.
