Light yellow cloth with dark blue titles and decorations to front cover. 19 Tipped-in colour plates, 1 b/w plate of Dulac. 134 pages. Light mottling and browning to boards. Neat name and date in ink to top edge of front pasttedown. Browning to endpapers. Scattered foxing and a few marks to contents. All plates present.

A book of modern fairy tales. Yellow pictorial paper boards. B/w text illustrations. 166 pages. Top & tail of spine lightly rubbed else boards clean and bright. Text block lightly browned with minor foxing to top edge. Browning to half-title page else contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is a little grubby and has a couple of minor closed tears to edges.

A collection of well-know English fairy-tales and folk-tales retold by James Reeves. Pink cloth, gilt title to spine on mauve title block. Decorated endpapers. Colour illustrations and b/w text illustrations throughout. 234 pages. Third impression. Light mottling to boards. Foxing to text block with some bleeding to edge of pages. Name & date in ink to verso of front endpaper. A few minor foxspots to endpapers and prelims. Else contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper has a few foxspots and is a little grubby, lightly worn to top & tail of spine. Musty odour present.

A reproduction of an antique picture book by Ernest Nister. Glazed pictorial boards. 6 colour pop-up scenes. B/w illustrations. Oblong format, 8" x 11". ISBN: 0732249120. Some slight rubbing/wear to spine and corners. Rear cover is very slightly grubby. Lower page corner tips are very slightly bumped but this does not affect the pop-up scenes.

Green cloth with gilt title and vignette to spine and front cover. Numerous b/w illustrations. 366 pages. All edges gilt. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Some slight rubbing to the gilt vignettes. Tissue-guard to frontis has been removed. Name and date in ink to verso of front free-endpaper. Some erased pencil writing to front fly-leaf. Some foxing throughout, some page corner tips creased. Joints cracked, rear joint has exposed webbing, some hinges pulled but binding still tight. Grubby fingermarks to contents. Still a decent copy of a scarce book.
