Green cloth spine, cream pictorial boards. Colour illustrations. Humourous rhymes. Printed on one side of the paper only. Scuffing to covers; wear and bumps. Binding is weak - front joint is completely broken. Front endpaper and half-title page are MISSING! Some grubby margin marks. A reading copy.
Larger format. Blue cloth with gilt and black titles and decorations. A Story of Old-Time Memories. Bumping and wear to spine and corners; some tears to cloth at base of spine; some fraying. Some slight browning to covers, mainly at lower edges. Endpapers lightly browned. Light yellow mark to textblock. Contained in a very scarce original glassine dustwrapper which is browned and edge chipped.

Not dated but British Library say possibly 1884.
