Childrens Illustrated Classics series. Beige cloth with dark blue titles and pale blue birds/butterfly decorations. 4 colour plates. Numerous b/w illustrations. Browning to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper has bottom corner of front flap cut off. Some browning and wear to spine.
Purple cloth, gilt titles to spine and vignettes to front cover. Blue pictorial endpapers. B/w illustrations. 103 pages. Spine slightly bumped and rubbed. Some spotting to spine. Light foxing to textblock. Rear joint is starting to crack. Dustwrapper is slightly edge rubbed.

Bumping and wear to spine and corners; spine is also browned with some fraying to cloth on edges. Marks to covers. Browning to pages. Marks to margins throughout.
Orange cloth. Pictorial endpapers. 8 coloured plates. Shepard's delightful and familiar line illustrations throughout. A compilation of "When We Were Very Young", first published in 1924, and "Now we are Six" first published in 1927, published together this edition. Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Old tape marks to endpapers and some slight surface paper damage to front pastedown. Dustwrapper is edge worn with some foxing.

Large format. Pictorial cardwrap calendar, which is bound together with blue cord through punched holes at top. One and two colour illustrations, with a verse for each month of the year. A few grubby brown marks to covers and a few light marks internally. Couple of months have markings to them, where calendar was used in 1930! 'April' has tear to one hole at top - so now only attached by the one hole. A scarce item!
Pink cloth, black titles and vignette to front cover. B/w plates and text illustrations. Details completed throughout the book for Sybil Gillian (Jill) Clark born 1936. Spine and corners bumped, dent to top edge. Fading to spine. 1 plates has been re-inserted with frayed edges. Heavy foxing throughot.
