The first in the Milne Pooh quartet in which we meet Winnie-The-Pooh for the first time in the Teddy Bear, poem 'A bear, however hard he tries, Grows tubby without exercise...' Delightful rhymes and illustrations. Blue cloth with gilt title to spine and vignettes to front cover. Cream pictorial endpapers. B/w text illustrations. Top edge gilt. Bumping and wear to spine and corners; spine is also browned with some fraying to cloth on edges. Marks to covers. Browning to pages. Marks to margins throughout.
Orange cloth. Pictorial endpapers. 8 coloured plates. Shepard's delightful and familiar line illustrations throughout. A compilation of "When We Were Very Young", first published in 1924, and "Now we are Six" first published in 1927, published together this edition. Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Old tape marks to endpapers and some slight surface paper damage to front pastedown. Dustwrapper is edge worn with some foxing.
Red cloth, gilt titles, vignette and border. Top edge gilt. Pink pictorial endpapers. Delightful b/w illustrations throughout. 103 pages. Spine is browned with bumping and wear to top and tail. Corners are bumped. A few small marks to covers. Bookplate to verso of front endpaper. Foxing to endpapers, prelims, outer page edges and a few to page margins. Contents are generally still very good.

Bookplate to verso of front endpaper. Foxing/browning to outer page edges; some margin marks. Page margin tears to a few pages. Contents are still generally very good.

Music by Fraser-Simson. Large format. Cream cloth spine, brown boards with white pictorial title label. 10 songs with music. Small b/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and slightly worn. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Centre hinge is cracked. Some light fingering but contents generally clean.
Deluxe red leather binding with gilt decoration to spine and vignette/border to front cover. All edges gilt. 99 pages. B/w text illustrations. 2ND edition of the Deluxe calf binding, although 10th edition of this title overall. Damp mark to bottom edge of front cover that is 1" in height at most. Damp is also to rear cover at base, next to spine and in triangular patch outwards. Chipping to leather at base of spine, with a little loss. Bumping to top of spine and corners. A few scuff marks to covers. Damp patches go through to pastedowns and endpapers and few pages of book either side. Browning and foxing. Some grubby margin marks. Covers nice and bright.

Tiny booksellers sticker to rear pastedown. A couple of hinges slightly cracked, some light fingering to page margins. Very light browning to half-title page and light creasing to last page. Contents generally very clean.
