Bumping and wear to spine and corners; fading to spine and edges. A few scuff marks. Boards are a little bowed. Foxing and grubby marks to endpapers and outer page edges.

Covers are edge worn and also grubby, a couple of small scratch marks to front cover. New endpapers. Some light foxing. Some colouring to some of the b/w illustrations and some erasing as well. There is a musty (tobbaco?) smell to the contents.
