Pictorial boards and spine. Front shows a girl on the river. First story is "Judy and the Treasure" by Agnes Frome. Colour plates and b/w illustrations. Bumping and wear to spine, corners and cover edges. Stain to top inch of spine, top edge of text block and small area alongside on rear cover. Other light stains to spine, rear cover rubbed. Rear joint broken but webbing is holding firmly in place, a few hinges cracked but binding is firm. Ink name and address to front endpaper, a little transfer of ink to pastedown opposite. Light browning and a little foxing.

Text surrounded with decorative gilt. Bumping to spine and corners. Spine is browned. Bumping to bottom of both boards and side of front board. Front cover rubbed. Rear cover marked and grubby. Front joint beginning to crack. Small bookseller's label to bottom of front pastedown. Browning to endpapers, prelims and last page of text. A little foxing mainly to page edges. Plates are bright.

A little bumping and wear to spine and corners. Name to top edge of front cover. A few small marks to covers. Contents are clean but there is foxing throughout.

Covers a little grubby with some marks. Ink inscription to front endpaper. Rear joint cracked. Small bookseller's label to rear pastedown, also light stains along bottom edge. Contents foxed but generally clean otherwise. 7 plates present, frontis is MISSING.

Spine faded. Covers grubby and marked. Light crease to rear cover. Both joints and a couple of hinges cracked. Ink presentation inscription to verso of frontis. Some marks to contents but most pages are clean. A little foxing/browning. All plates present.
Large format (10 x 7.5"). Cream cloth with brown titles and pictorial onlay to front cover. Blue illustration to endpapers. 12 colour plates. 180 pages. Spine bumped and worn with some browning, small splits to cloth at ends. Covers slightly grubby, a lot of scratching and wear to onlay. One hinge cracked. Endpapers browned with ink inscription to front endpaper. Light foxing and a few marks/fingermarks to contents. All plates present but two have a large tear, a couple have margin tears and one has a ragged edge, probably reinserted.
A book of poems. Off-white cloth with pink title and pictorial onlay to front. 12 beautiful colour plates plus b/w illustrations around verses. Minimal bumping and wear to spine and corners. Covers slightly grubby. Large ink inscription to verso of frontis. A little light foxing to text block. Contents very good.
