Green decorative cloth, red titles and decorations. B/w illustrations. Spine of book is very slightly browned. Original slipcase is slightly grubby and worn with some small splits at edges.
Blue cloth with gilt titles and vignettes. Fold-out maps. Top of spine has been repaired/strengthened with new piece of cloth spine; some fraying to cloth at top and tail. Fading to edges. Marks to corners and wear at edges. Bookplate to front pastedown. Lacks page leaf XIX/XX - possibly published this way. Foxing throughout.
