A book to enchant cat lovers everywhere, and perhaps the most unusual guide to British cathedrals ever produced! Blue boards, gilt title to spine. Striking colour photographs by the author. 87 pages. ISBN: 000627658X. Clear laminate covering dustwrapper has been stuck to the boards with tape at top and tail of flaps. Text block has tiny foxspots. 'Christmas 1994' written in ink to top of verso of front endpaper. Else contents clean. A few marks to clear laminate and light scuffing.

Green leather spine with gilt toolings and title, marbled paper sides. B/w woodcuts throughout. Top edge gilt, other edges green. Green ribbon page marker. x and 718 pages. Fifth printing. Headband detached from outer spine at top (common problem) else a fine copy contained in publisher's slipcase which is light scuffed with heavier scuffing and a few spots to base from shelf rubbing.
