Name and date in ink to front free-endpaper. Some foxspots to textblock. Tears to lower edges of frontis and tissue-guard.

Inscription in ink and a large label to front pastedown. Foxing to contents. One of the plates is detached with slightly ragged edges.

Colour chromolithographic illustrations plus two tone illustrations. Bumping and wear to cover edges, corners and spine. Scuffing and marks to covers. Has possibly been rebound or restitched at some point; the front fly-leaf is now missing. Foxing and marks to pages throughout. Illustrations are still bright.
Small box (11.5 x 9cm) containing 6 small rhyme books: Three Blind Mice, Little Blue Boy, Bo-Peep, The Man in the Moon, Baa! Baa! Black Sheep and Little Miss Muffett. Each book has pictorial cardwraps. Chromolithograph text illustrations. 3 of the books are lightly foxed on the covers. The box is just a little edge worn and lightly foxed.

Being a true and veracious history of the eventful voyage of the S.S.Crocodile from Nowhere in particular to Anywhere in general. Large oblong format. Cloth spine, pictorial boards. Floral decorated endpapers. 12 colour plates and b/w illustrations. Bumping and wear to spine and corners, some chipping. Scuff marks to covers. Front joint is a bit cracked. Page edge browning. Contents are still very good.

Staples rusty. Browning to verso of frontis. Some foxing and light browning to contents. A few light fingermarks to margins. A couple of the chromolithographs have small spots of surface paper damage, assume they have been lightly stuck to page opposite. Not dated but British Library say possibly 1884.

Spine bumped and some light rubbing to cover edges. A few light spots to front edge of spine and some light scuffing to rear cover. Generally covers bright. Joints are cracked. Inscription in ink to verso of front free-endpaper. The second moveable image is not working - could possibly be repaired. Otherwise, all others in excellent working order. Some light foxing and page browning and the pull-tabs are just a little grubby from fingering. Overall a super copy of a scarce moveable book.
