Volume I is a first edition, 1948... Volume XXIX is a first edition 1972. Almost all copies covered in clear laminate, some of the older copies have tape to spine (under the clear laminate). Covers are browned. Neat name in ink to top of front covers. Front endpapers have a small, neat identification number. A few hinges are pulled. Contents are otherwise clean.
