Pale yellow boards with black title to spine. B/w illustrations. Bumping along cover edges. Foxing to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper is faded to spine with some scuffing; a few edge-tears and chips; some repaired to verso; a few small nicks/chips of loss.

A broken ankle gives Annette Dancy an unexpected holiday at home in the lovely old peel tower where he family lives. Green cloth, gilt title to spine. Colour frontis and a couple of colour and b/w plates. Spine very slightly bumped. Light brown stain to lower corners of pages else a near fine copy. Wrapper, price-cut by publisher, has light brown stain at front corners, a closed tear repaired on verso and is rubbed at edges.

Contents, otherwise clean. Dustwrapper is clipped just below the price. Edgeworn with creasing to the top of the front panel. Small tears to top and bottom of spine are repaired with clear tape on veros. Spine is browned. Light foxing to panels.
