Pencil ticks to titles on last page. A couple of pages have marks but most are clean and bright. Dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped with a faded spine and writing to top edge of front panel. Also grubby.

Charming illustrations in b/w and colour. 214pp. 8.75 x 6.5". ISBN: 0416673104. Spine and corners bumped. Front and rear endpapers are MISSING. Tape residue to both pastedowns. Loss of surface paper on rear pastedown. Small brown mark affects prelims, another to text block affects about 15 page corners. A few marks to contents. Dustwrapper has masking tape along top and bottom edge on verso. Some edge wear and chipping, cracking to laminate on spine and small patch of surface paper damage. Foxing to tops of flaps.

Brown boards, pictorial onlay to front, dark brown titles 84 pages. 5.75 x 4.25". Colour plates. Spine and corners a little bumped. Board edges are a little browned. A few hinges are lightly pulled. Small piece of surface paper damage to top of pages 54 and 55 (both pages blank). Some light fingering otherwise contents are generally clean. Dustwrapper is edgeworn with tears and creases. Large piece missing from bottom of rear panel as well as loss to top and bottom of spine. Large tear to front panel has been mended with sellotape which is now browned. Bottom corner of front flap has been cut off. Wrapper browned and a bit grubby.
