Dustwrapper is edge worn and grubby, pink stain to front panel (a couple of smaller pink spots to both panels), small piece torn from lower corner of front flap. Covers are slightly curved (book doesn't sit flat on the desk).

Grubby marks and some foxing to pages internally. Tears to edges of some pages; one has 1" x 1" semi-circle of loss to margin (with tiny piece of loss from actual illustration). Classic charming Louis Wain cat illustrations!

Edges rubbed, corners worn. Much of back strip missing but title can be made out. Boards have a nice, clean appearance. One or two minor margin marks and tiny tears else contents nice. A nice copy of a scarce Wain title.
