The first 13 stories in this edition follows that of the John Hamilton editions, with some spelling corrections. As a bonus story, the R.F.C. adventure 'The Ace of Spades' is also included in this collection. The Colour frontis and 4 half-tone illustrations from the John Hamilton editions have also been included. B/w illustrations originally printed in Modern Boy have also been included where possible. Limited to 300 overall copies, this edition is further Limited to 50 copies and includes a hand drawn and coloured illustration to front endpaper by Skilleter. SIGNED by Illustrator (Skilleter) and Publisher (Wright) to title page. This is Copy No. 16. Hand drawn and coloured illustration to front endpaper is protected by loose tissue-guard; illustration is lovely and bright! Colour frontis is browned. Wrapper also has some light browning.
