Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. 2" thick. Spine and corners slightly bumped. Foxing to prelims and textblock. Endpapers lightly browned. Front joint is just starting to crack. A nice copy of this beautiful book.

Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Page browning to endpapers and grey mounts for plates. Foxing to contents. Tiny corner crease to plate opposite page 16. Small repaired tear to plate opposite page 41. Scarce dustwrapper is in several pieces (torn at spine) and has sections of loss to edges. Wrapper is browned.
