Foxing to outer page edges. Wrapper is price-cut with edge-creasing and small nicks. Browned with foxing and some grubby marks.
Instructive applications by Croxall. Small format. Brown cloth. Gilt title to spine. 296 pages. Illustrated with 100 b/w engravings. Pull-out b/w frontispiece. Covers are worn and grubby. Inscription in ink to front pastedown, further writing in ink to rear endpapers. Front free-endpaper is missing. Contents are foxed and very grubby.
