Spine and corners bumped, small splash mark to lower edge of rear cover. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Endpapers lightly browned. Foxing and fingermarks to contents but generally they are clean. Joints are cracked but binding still tight.

Inscription in ink to front endpaper (ink very slightly smudged). A few light foxspots to textblock. Dustwrapper is edge worn with tears but only minimal loss and is grubby to rear panel.

Grubby mark to text block. Belongs to box completed and partially erased. Colouring to helter-skelter on title page. Grubby fingermarks to a few lower margins but rest of contents clean.
