Stories and rhymes with b/w illustrations. Rear cover is a little grubby. Covers slightly edge rubbed. Split to lower 2" of spine. Some slight fingering to page margins.

Spine and corners bumped and worn. Covers slightly grubby. Small dent to top edge of rear cover. Vertical crease to rear cover. Endpapers browned. Heavy foxing to contents, mainly textblock and some other marks.

Foxing to endpapers, outer page edges and a few page margins. Marks to some page margins. Wrapper is edge-creased with tears and chips; a little loss; grubby marks; pencil colour scribble to front flap.
Green pictorial boards. 8 coloured illustrations plus b/w drawings. 63 pages. 7 x 5.5". The Miniature Series. Foxing to endpapers, prelims and outer page edges. Colour frontis is creased. Wrapper is grubby with some wrinkling; appears to have damp marking to verso.

B/w text illustrations. 135 pages. Top edge gilt. Bumping and wear to spine and cornes. Some fading to spine and a couple of cover edges. Foxing to endpapers, outer page edges and some page margins. One plate is a bit creased. One page has a couple of large closed tears; now repaired with magic tape.
Contains "Josephine's Happy Family", "Josephine, John and the Puppy" and "Josephine is Busy". Cream cloth spine, beige boards with pictorial onlay to front. Each story contains 8 colour plates plus b/w illustrations. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Some scuffing, with a little surface paper lifting to some cover edges. Marks to covers. Inscription in ink and pencil to front endpaper. Foxing and page browning to some pages internally. 24 colour plates present.
Buff paper-covered boards with cream cloth spine. Colour onlay to front cover. 8 exquisite colour plates plus 16 b/w illustrations. 64 pages. Damp/splash mark to top corner of front cover and along top of rear cover. Spine is grubby. Some foxing. All plates present.
