Blue textured cloth boards with embossed pattern and gilt title to front. 8 lithographic plates. All edges gilt. 72 pages plus 40 page publisher adverts to rear. Boards browned and marked, rubbed at edges, corners lightly worn. Front joint starting to crack. Front hinge pulled but binding is tight. Prelims and endpapers are grubby. Damp stain to verso of frontis, small damp stain to top margin of plates. Contents are a little grubby. If frontis is plate 4, all plates are present else plate 4 is missing.

'The object in publishing this Volume is to contribute the Profits towards the projected erection of an Infirmary, on a small scale, at Seaham Harbour, in the County of Durham.' Pink cloth boards with gilt title to front and embossed decoration to front and rear. Plain yellow endpapers. A few b/w plates. Lengthy subscribers list (31 pages). Spine browned, boards very grubby, corners bent. Name in ink to front endpaper. Joints just starting to split. Page browning, some foxing, one page has vertical edge crease. Small damp stain to prelims at lower gutter edges. A scarce item.

There is a small patch of surface paper damage to front panel of wrapper.
