Cream cloth with red title box to spine; gilt title. Brown line drawings to covers. Re-issue of the original 1988 Folio edition. Introduction by Hibbert. Contains: A Christmas Carol; The Chimes; The Cricket on the Hearth; The Battle of Life; The Haunted Man. Top corner of first 10 pages have small crease. Slip case is very good - a few marks and scuffs.
Introduced by Christopher Hibbert. Green cloth spine with gilt title and decorations. Green patterned boards. B/w illustrations. Light browning to lower edge of text block. Contained in publisher's slipcase which is worn at edges, repaired to one edge with clear tape (one end detached/broken) uneven fading and a few grubby marks.

Textblock is just a little grubby. Publisher's green slipcase is a little browned at edges and top with minimal wear to opening corners.
