Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
A study in industrial organisation and development 1765-1867. The book follows the fortunes of the Crawshay family renowned as one of the greatest iron firms of the 19th century. B/w illustrations. Some mottling to boards. Top corner of boards lightly bumped. Text block and endpapers browned else contents clean. Price-cut blue dustwrapper is a litle grubby, browned, a couple of small closed edge tears (no loss).

Pale blue cloth, parachute vignette. Colour frontis, b/w illustrations. Spine and corners slightly bumped. Damp(?) spotting to covers. A few foxspots to textblock. Contents clean. Dustwrapper is torn in half down centre of spine and title at top of spine is also detached (but still present). There is some slight loss to top and tail of spine and to lower edge of rear panel. Spine and rear panel are a little grubby.

Miss Selina Town Mouse was very proud of her new daisy hat and took it for a trip into the country... Matt pictorial paper boards. Colour illustrations. ISBN: 0582151473. Boards lightly browned and rubbed at corners. Light browning to contents, some fingering creases, one double page spread has a small piece of surface paper damage to gutter. Pictorial dustwrapper is heavily edge-worn, creased, split to spine which is repaired to verso, a few small edge-tears, a few foxspots and lightly browned & grubby.
