Spine is bumped and rubbed. Damp stains to edge of front cover. Tiny piece of loss to top corner tip of front free-endpaper. A couple of small margin tears to prelims. Light foxing to prelims and textblock. Some grubby fingermarks and some large foxspots to pages but generally contents clean.

Some small margin tears and one page has a large repaired tear (very neat repair). Small patch of surface paper loss to lower edge of one full-page b/w illustration. Light vertical crease to one page. Generally a very decent copy of a scarce book.
