Inscription in ink and name in ink to front free-endpaper. Tiny booksellers sticker to front pastedown. Front joint is cracked. Contents are clean. Dustwrapper is worn and chipped with loss at edges, slight browning to spine.

Delightful colour pictures of hedgehogs and rabbits throughout. A cross between Alison Uttley and Beatrix Potter. Small format, 5.5 x 4.5". Pale green pictorial front board and plain rear board. A charming little book. Spine and corners bumped and slightly rubbed. Page browning to endpapers. Foxing and some light fingering to contents. A couple of page corners creased. Dustwrapper is worn and grubby, biro mark to rear panel and some loss to top of spine.
