Blue boards, gilt title to spine. The Story of the Manhood and West Wittering Down to Domesday. Bumping to spine. Uneven fading to cover edges. Foxing to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper is price-cut with tears and chips; loss to bottom corner of front panel; a few other marks and browning.

A delicious play of fancy in this inspired catalogue of desirable beds. Pink boards, gilt title to spine. B/w illustrations. ISBN: 0571109292. Light browning along cover edges. Page edge browning. Contents are still excellent. Wrapper is faded to spine and edges with creasing and a few small chips and nicks.

Covers sunned and impression of dustwrapper to front cover. Name in ink to front endpaper. Endpapers lightly browned, contents clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn and torn, faded to spine.

Oblong format. White pictorial boards. Simple b/w drawings throughout. Billy Bobtail is a rabbit. Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed, tiny nick to side of spine. Covers a little grubby and foxed. Light foxing to endpapers. Name in ink (Alec Buckels - but no idea if this is an authentic author signature or not!) to front endpaper. A couple of page hinges slightly cracked. Creases to some pages from the binding process. Contents clean.
