Good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
Based on the Northumberland section of the 1937 'Shell Guide to Northumberland & Durham'. B/w photos. Ex-lib with library stamps to front endpaper. Horizontal board edges lightly rubbed. Remains of library label to front pastedown. Tape mark to vertical edge of pastedowns hidden by flaps of dustwrapper. Rear joint is cracked and last section in book loose but still bound in. 1" closed tear (no loss) to vertical margin of free rear endpaper. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly creased and edge-rubbed.
