Dustwrapper is edge worn with loss to top and bottom of spine sn top of both panels. Browning to spine and panels, Some marks to spine.

Some loss of paper cover from rear board, approx. 2 x 0.5", creasing alongside. Scratches to onlay. Covers a bit grubby. Ink inscription to front pastedown. Diagram of door drawn in pencil to verso of frontis. Foxing throughout plus an odd mark.

Dustwrapper has one third of rear panel and half of rear flap missing, also loss from spine and bottom of front panel. Creasing and tears to edges, grubby some some darkening.
