Bright yellow pictorial boards. Front cover shows Gran'pop with piglet on one knee and baby monkey on the other. Colour plates. Red and black and b/w illustrations throughout. Covers are edge worn. Name and date in ink to front free-endpaper. Large tear to top edge of frontis has been tape repaired on verso. Lower corner tip of page 25/6 torn off (only a very small piece, no text missing). Some small margin tears. Slight loss to inner margin of plate opposite page 112 (again, no loss of illustration) and margin tear to top edge of same page. Some light foxing to contents.

Colour pictorial boards showing a water scene, 3 boys in speed boat, with two behind on a board. 4 colour plates, including frontis. First story is 'When The Toddlet Scored' by Wilson. Covers are edge rubbed and slightly grubby. Spine is browned and vertically creased with small splits to top and tail. Name, address and date in belongs to box. Contents are browned, a few foxspots to margins.

Tabiffa is a big black cat who belongs partly to Peter but mostly to Binkie and Dinkie the four-year old twins. Peach paperboards with large pictorial onlay to front. Cute colour and b/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Light damp stain to base of spine and some slight surface paper damage to the pictorial onlay. Names in ink to top margin of title-page. Browning to title-page and last text page. Some small margin tears and some light marks to pages but generally contents clean.

There is a 'grease' patch which is visible on the verso of the front panel of the wrapper (very difficult to discern on the front of the panel) and the wrapper is very slightly edge rubbed.
