Originally published in 1956 by Country Life. Red pictorial glazed boards depict Orlando on a Magic Carpet. Colour illustrations throughout. 32 pages. 10.75 x 7.75". ISBN: 022400753X. Spine has a slight lean to the left. Corners of boards lightly rubbed. Boards lightly scuffed. Contents beautifully clean.

Orlando the Marmalade Cat is not like other cats, he has the strangest adventures of which his Invisible Pyjamas is only one of them. Covers are grubby and edge rubbed, name in ink to top of front cover. Name in pencil to top margin of first page. A few small marks at page margins but generally contents clean.

Name and date in ink to top corner of title-page. There is a light stain affecting the margins of the rear half of the book (8 pages).

Stitching pulled causing contents to be slightly loose. Heavy foxing to endpapers, some slight foxing to textblock. Dustwrapper is edge chipped and torn with some slight loss.
