Red cloth with black decoration to spine and front cover (and gilt title-block). B/w frontis. 384 pages, all edges gilt. Spine slightly bumped. Prize plate to verso of front free-endpaper. Some light browning to endpapers else contents clean.
Blue pictorial cloth with gilt titles. 272 pages. B/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and slightly worn. Spine and cover edges slightly darkened. Rear cover is slightly grubby. Joints are cracked and some hinges have been pulled causing contents to be a little loose. Inscription in ink to verso of frontis. A couple of small damp stains to margins of title-page and to tissue-guard of frontis. Page browning to contents.
Green cloth with red decoration to spine and front cover. Pictorial onlay to centre of front cover. 3 b/w plates. 384 pages plus 4 page booklist to rear. Spine and corners bumped. Small white paint(?) spot to top edge of rear cover. Name plate and tiny booksellers sticker to front pastedown. Prize plate to front free-endpaper. Foxing throughout else contents clean.

Purple cloth, gilt title to spine. 117 pages, publication list to rear. Spine and corners bumped, spine faded and speckled with tiny black spots. Name and date in ink to front free-endpaper. Musty smell to contents (possibly tobacco?).
Cloth spine. Large format. Stiff card covers. Pictorial front cover show two children sitting on a bench looking at a book, with sunflowers in the background. B/w illustrations. Chipping and some loss to cloth at top and tail of spine. Corners are bumped, with chipping. Binding weak; stitching is starting to come loose in a few places. Bookplate to inside front cover. Foxing and grubby marks. A reading copy.

Browning to endpapers; some foxing; a few grubby margin marks. Light pencil colouring to prelims; partially erased.
