Blue cloth spine with black title. Pictorial boards. Three colour plates and b/w text illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Cover edges worn. Scuffing to front cover. Rear cover is grubby with some ink marks. Front joint is broken but webbing is still holding the binding together. Some hinges pulled and some foxing. Contained in original posting box which is in good condition.
Oblong format. Green spine, green pictorial boards showing Egbert the Owl in his Pre-Fab. Colour and two-tone illustrations. First story is "Happy Wasn't Born To Command". Spine is split nearly all the way down rear side, with splitting and chipping; a little loss. Cover corners are bent. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. Rusting from staples to front endpaper. Grubby margin marks and foxing. A reading copy.
Glazed pictorial boards. Corners bumped. Top and tail of spine worn with some splitting. Covers marked. Book has tobacco smell.

Red cloth spine with black title. Pictorial boards show rabbit reading book. Contains 35 stories plus 3 poems. Colour frontis plus one other colour plate. B/w text illustrations. 224 pages. Spine bumped, worn and faded. Split to rear edge of spine. Corners bumped and worn. Board edges worn. Covers a little marked. Both joints and several hinges cracked. Endpapers lightly browned. Frontis has been re-inserted in wrong place. Foxing to page edges. Mark to rear endpaper.
Large format. Green pictorial covers. 4 colour plates. Front cover shows characters - two of them playing musical instruments. First story is 'Mr. Noah's Guardian Angel'. Spine is worn and chipped with loss from top and bottom. Bumping to corners. Wear to corners and cover edges. Covers a little grubby and scuffed. Both joints and a couple of hinges cracked. Remains of label and ink inscription to front pastedown. Mark to verso of frontis. Contents are browned with a little foxing and just a few marks.
