Blue cloth spine, pictorial boards. Colour & b/w illustrations. Reggie's bicycle was different somehow, sort of independent-minded and mischievous... Spine bumped and slightly split at top and tail. Corners worn, edge slightly rubbed. Covers a little grubby. Corner tips of preliminary pages have been torn off (no text missing). Heavy pencil grid drawn to contents page has been partially erased.

Large format. Cloth spine. Front cover shows girls out walking - two are looking at a map. First story is 'Drama by Car' by Fry. Colour plates and b/w illustrations. Some wear and spotting to spine. Foxing to endpapers and outer page edges. Wrapper is creased with edge-tears and chips; grubby marks and foxspots, but minimal loss.

Prize plate to front pastedown. 2" tear to title page alongside spine. Name in pen in belongs to box. Dot-to-dot completed in pencil. Light foxing.

Spine has slight loss at top and 2" loss at base. Corners are worn, covers slightly edge rubbed. Foxspots and fingermarks to contents. Old tape marks to inner margins of frontis and title-page and old tape repairs to last page. Prize plate to verso of title-page (which is the belongs to page). Some margin tears.
