Large format. Pictorial paperboards showing puppy in dog kennel. B/w illustrations of cute little pup. Spine bumped, faint pink title written to spine. Covers slightly grubby and corners worn. Tiny patch of surface paper damage to rear cover. Some light foxing and some grubby fingermarks to page margins. Erased pencil writing to front free-endpaper.

Dark yellow cloth with black titles to spine and front cover and black and blue vignette to front cover. 16 beautiful tipped-in colour plates, with captioned page guards before them. Small b/w illustrations to text. 254 pages. Spine and corners bumped and a little worn. Couple of marks to covers. Both joints and some hinges are cracked. Foxing especially to endpapers, prelims and page edges. Contents otherwise clean. Plates all present and in very good condition. Contained in a slip case in very good condition.

Brown cloth spine. Colour pictorial boards. Front shows Uncle Oojah playing large drum. First story "When Uncle Oojah Was Kidnapped". Spine slightly bumped, corners worn. Light foxing otherwise contents clean. Dustwrapper is worn, torn and grubby with slight loss at spine and foxing on verso.

Slightly better than very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
The third book about the endearing Mr. Twiddle. Red boards, black titles. B/w text illustrations. Boards lovely and clean, minor patch of fading to base of spine. Page 31 has minor grubby mark to margin else contents are clean. A couple of pages have small closed tears to margin edges (not affecting any text). Dustwrapper is edge-worn and chipped with a few closed tears to edges and some browning, spine is a little faded. Overall a lovely copy of a first edition.
