Mr. Ratcliff, housemaster of the New House, causes much trouble among the footballers at a soccer match with Harry Wharton & Co. of Greyfriars. Red boards, gilt title to spine. Book by Frank Richards writing under the pseudonym of Martin Clifford. Minimal bumping to spine. Foxing to endpapers and textblock, light page browning throughout. Slight creasing to corner of one page. Dustwrapper is slightly edge rubbed and a little grubby to rear panel.
