Rear cover ever so slightly grubby. Name plate to front pastedown. Names and dates in ink to verso of front free-endpaper and to half title-page. Name on half title-page crossed out. Front joint cracked. Foxing to contents. Some hinges pulled causing contents to be a little loose but still tightly bound.

Red boards, gilt title to spine. Priceless champion bulls start disappearing from English farms and as Biggles says "This racket isn't being run by one or two country yokels". The crooks are highly organised and dangerous! Spine slightly bumped. Some light marks to covers. Light browning to endpapers and textblock. Front endpapers are slightly grubby. Dustwrapper is edge worn and a little grubby.
