The first in the series to be illustrated by James Arnold. Spine slightly faded with darker patch at base. Small foxspots to endpapers, prelims and edge of textblock. A few foxspots to contents but generally near fine. Scarce original dustwrapper is in two halves, browned, and torn at edges with loss to top 1/3 of spine and to lower rear corner. Reduced from £120.
