Gilt decorations to spines. Red and black leather title labels with gilt titles to spines. Original covers scuffed and slightly worn at edges and corners. Slight damage to front endpapers where a bookplate has been removed and replaced by a slightly smaller one. Last two pages of Vol II detached. Contents very clean and bright. A handsome set.
