Slim format, blue pictorial boards. Two-tone text illustrations. Full-page colour illustration to verso of title-page. Inside front and rear covers are two pictures with moving tabs/pieces. Covers slightly edge worn. Staples rusty. Tabs are very slightly worn but moveable actions still in good working order.

A Father Tuck's Panorama. Oblong format. 4 plates in concertina form that fold out to create a large panorama with 14 numbered card figures of cats, and corresponding numbered slits in the panorama to insert the cat figures. On the reverse is a rhyme by Arthur Burnaby with b/w illustrations also by Wain. Concertina folds worn leading to two pages being detached and last page fold fragile but holding. Edges rubbed. All figures present and in place. Light page bronwing. Colour illustrations and figures nice and bright.

Covers are edge-worn, with a few light marks. A few grubby marks internally and to transfers, which have not been used in book, but are still on original backing, waiting to be used.
