Large format. Cloth spine. Pictorial boards, front shows girl in green dress in foreground, boy in kilt and other girls behind. Colour plates, b/w and two-tone text illustrations. First story is "The Little Roundy Man Finds A Chimney". Spine a little worn and darkened. Wear and bumping to corners and cover edges. Covers slightly grubby with scuffing and small amount of scribble to rear cover. New endpapers. Belongs to box completed in pencil. Fingering to lower margins, mostly in first half of book. One colour plate partially detached with tear to inner margin.

Pretty colour plates plus numerous b/w and two-tone illustrations. First story is "Rosalie, the Dark-Haired Princess". Spine bumped and a little faded with 29 written in blue biro. Corners bumped and worn. Board edges rubbed. Rear board a little creased. Covers grubby. Front joint starting to crack. Inscription in ink to front endpaper along with old tape mark. Name in belongs to box. Front endpaper browned. A little foxing to page edges. Crosswords completed in pencil otherwise contents clean.
