A historical-artistic book on Padua, a town in Northern Italy, listening to the town through its monuments. Large format. Black cloth board, no title to spine, gilt title to front board. Colour pictorial endpapers. Colour photos and illustrations. 160 pages including index. Minor knock to lower edge of boards. Text block slightly grubby. Gift inscription in ink to front flyfleaf. Small label to verso of rear endpaper. Contents otherwise clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly scuffed and has a minor closed tear to lower rear edge (no loss).
