Fingering to margins and light page browning throughout.

Front free-endpaper is creased and torn at inner margin. Inscription in pencil in belongs to box has been erased. Price NOT cut. Some page corner tips creased. Lower corner tip of rear free-endpaper torn off. Pencil mark to title page of first story. Some foxing and some pale brown spotting to contents.

Tiny name in ink to top edge of front free-endpaper. Foxing to textblock and some page margins. Dustwrapper spine is missing and the remains are worn, torn and creased, large tear to front fold and smaller tear to rear fold.

Pale blue boards, blue titles to spine. B/w frontis. 208 pages. Spine and corners bumped, tiny dent to top edge of front cover. Top 2" of spine browned. Base of spine and also front cover damp(?) stained (matching stain to dustwrapper). Contents are very browned/foxed but otherwise contents are clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped, large section of loss to top of spine and also to spine corner of rear panel. Slight loss, and a magic tape repair to base of spine. Dustwrapper is a bit grubby on rear panel.

B/w illustrations throughout. ISBN: 0744592518. Minimal bumping/rubbing to spine and corners. Some light foxing to top edge of textblock. Dustwrapper has the remains of a small price label to rear panel and has a tiny mark to top edge of front panel on verso (not visible to front of wrapper). Wrapper is very slightly edge creased. The wrapper sounds awful but it is still very nice!
