Corners bumped and worn. Board edges rubbed. Covers scratched. Marks (possibly damp?) to top of front board. Small area of surface paper damage to rear board. Boards generally grubby. Some hinges cracked. Several pages at the beginning of the book detached.Small tear to inner margin of front endpaper. Browning to page edges. Some foxing and fingering to contents.

Ink inscription to front endpaper. Light stain to bottom of many pages alongside spine. Just a few fingermarks and fox spots to contents.

Light page browning throughout else contents clean. 2 gatherings are detached from staples. Some page margin tears.

Margin tears to a few pages. A little damp staining to rear endpaper.
