Blue cloth spine with black title. Pictorial onlay to front cover. Grimm's Fairy Tales. 2 colour plates, including frontis. B/w illustrations. Marks, including cup ring mark to covers, with wear and chipping at edges. Binding is weak - joint next to half-title page is pulled, so that stitching can be seen through. Some light foxing and browning, mostly to outer page edges.

Based chiefly on the Bohn collection of 1884 for which Andrew Lang wrote the introduction, but a few stories from other versions included. 56 b/w illustrations & 5 coloured plates including double-spread title page. Yellow cloth boards, blue titles. 303 pages. Text block browned. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn and edge-rubbed, spine heavily faded and also rear panel at spine edge, a few edge-chips and scuffing.
Red cloth, small pictorial onlay to front. 70 pages. B/w etchings. ISBN: 9781907533242. A couple of light marks to covers else fine.

Original film dustwrapper is edge worn and had tape marks to flaps where it was stuck to pastedowns of book at one time (the tape has left a slightly sticky residue.
