Almost very good condition. Large format. Brown cloth spine, cream boards with picture of children playing hunting to front. Two b/w illustrations by Louis Wain (cats) - one entitled "The Doctor" and the other is double-spread, entitled "The Cats' Excursion". Chromolithograph plates plus b/w and tinted text illustrations.

Spine and corners bumped. Covers edge rubbed, slightly grubby and scratched. Small white mark to spine. Some hinges cracked. Frontis partially detached at bottom of page. Browning and foxing to contents. A few marks otherwise contents generally clean,
