Rear cover a little grubby. Top corner of one page looks slightly singed. A little foxing to page edges otherwise contents are generally clean.

Glue to spine dried out and thus covers are detached from contents. 1" split to front edge of top & tail of spine. Covers just slightly grubby gut generally nice and bright. Price-cut. Name in ink in belongs to box. A few grubby marks to contents but generally a very nice copy.

An annual for young folks. Large format. Blue cloth spine. Pictorial front board showing a boy and girl fishing. Colour frontis, b/w illustrations throughout. First story is "The Little Browns of Hollow Glen" by Mrs. L. Shorey. Spine bumped and worn with tiny splits to top and bottom. Corners bumped and worn. Board edges rubbed. Some small patches of surface paper damage to rear cover. Front cover is grubby. Front joint and some hinges cracked. Name written on front endpaper. Browning to endpapers. Foxing to some pages plus brown marks to several pages where something has possibly been pressed into them.

Covers a little grubby. A few margin marks and a little bleeding from rusty staples. Generally contents are very nice.
