A few marks and wear to covers. 2.5" split to rear side of spine. Chipping to onlay at top of spine. Foxing throughout, but mostly to endpapers and outer page edges. All plates present, one has a closed margin tear to it. Binding nice and tight!

Some foxing. A little colouring to a few line drawings internally. A few hinges are a little pulled.

(Later reprints had 120 cut-outs and four stories). This edition states it Contains Rupert in Trouble Again; Rupert and the Old Man of the Sea; Rupert the Witch and Tabitha; Rupert and the Wilful Princess; Rupert Goes Hiking. However, One story is MISSING (published and bound this way) - Missing Rupert, The Witch and Tabitha, it also has 132 cut-outs (NOT the stated 200 or later 120). An early reprint! Spine is unevenly faded and marked. Bumping and wear to cover edges. A few scuff marks. Foxing and browning to outer page edges. No cut-outs have been cut out from book. Inscription in ink to front endpaper. An early reprint.
