White boards with black vignette to front. Top edge gilt. Limited edition of 525 signed and numbered copies. SIGNED by the author to rear. This is copy 147 of 525. A few minor grubby marks to white boards. Contained in publisher's slipcase which has a large bookplate to one side and is lightly shelf scuffed.

How did it come about that Bunter, never famous for possessing cash, was one day waving a ten-pound note around asking someone to change it?? Pale blue boards with dark blue titles to spine and front cover. Colour frontis + b/w illustrations. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Spine and part of front cover faded and browned. Covers grubby. Front joint and one hinge starting to crack. Foxing, mainly to endpapers, prelims and page edges. Contents very good.

A couple of hinges cracked. Small burn hole to margin of page 81/82. Endpapers lightly browned. A few grubby marks and an odd fox spot to contents.

Endpapers lightly browned and foxing to textblock. Dustwrapper is edge worn and torn with minimal loss, tape repairs to top of spine. Rear panel of wrapper is a bit grubby.
